Shipping to Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Singapore and Philippines: The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes, there are no further charges on delivery. For delivery to other countries not listed above, you may be requested by customs of your destination country to pay duties taxable under your relevant local laws, and/or VAT or consumption taxes. Please check with your customs department for more information.

Our Return Policy
We accept refunds for returns up to 7 days after you receive your order. Please contact us at care@vetrinamia.com to initiate a return. Our team will process your request, and inform you of the shipping destination for the return.
Please take note that we only accept returns if the product is still in its original packaging including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, protective coverings, is new and unworn and still has all other signature packaging that it originally shipped with including Vetrina Mia and designer tags. Other designer packaging such as belts, dust bags, authenticity cards, and leather tags must all be included where applicable.
Any return that does not meet these requirements may be rejected.
Please note, Vetrina Mia does not cover any additional shipping and/or custom fees that may occur in the process of conducting a return, and the cost of shipping and handling charges for returns is paid by the customer, which is 30 EUR each way, therefore a total of 60 EUR total return shipping cost. If your return is approved, we will refund you the cost of your purchase, however the original cost of shipping the product to you will be deducted from the amount that is refunded.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 business days and send you a confirmation of the refund by email.
If your return is rejected, you will receive a link to pay for the return-shipping cost. Once paid, the product will be shipped back to the ship-to address originally indicated in your order.
