Please read the following "Terms and Conditions" carefully

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.vetrinamia.com and related official online properties, including but not limited to www.vitamiaofficial.com (collectively, the "Website"), as well as purchases made through our Website, flagship stores, partner showrooms, and events.
Vetrinamia is a trademark of Glorious Fame Limited, registered in the European Union (registration no. 018836864) and in multiple additional jurisdictions worldwide.

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Website or placing an order.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at our discretion. Any changes will become effective upon publication on this page. The latest version will always be available on the Website, and we encourage you to review these Terms before making a purchase or using our services. "Services" refers to any services, features, content, or functionality made available by Vetrinamia through the Website, App, flagship stores, partner showrooms, events, or any other channel, including but not limited to product browsing, account registration, order placement, customer support, newsletters, pre-order reservations, and any brand membership programs offered from time to time.

Operating Entities and Contracting Parties

Vetrinamia.com is a luxury online destination bridging independent French and Italian artists and Italian craftsmen with customers worldwide. Vetrinamia.com operates through local companies responsible for serving customers and managing operations in their respective markets and are responsible for all legal responsibility in their respective markets.


Orliane SAS (VAT# FR70102815719, 250 Bis boulevard Saint-Germain 75007 Paris), incorporated in Paris, France, is in charge solely of all French operations and servicing Vetrinamia customers in France.


Vetrina Mia Limited (BRN 7465-0528, 9/F Amtel Building, 148 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong), incorporated in Hong Kong, is in charge solely of all Hong Kong operations and servicing Vetrinamia customers in Hong Kong. 


Yishe (Shanghai) Information Technology Limited (Unified Social Credit Code 91310115MA1H98WN7Q), incorporated in Shanghai, China, is in charge solely of all China operations and servicing Vetrinamia customers in China.


Mialuxe Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202500077M0), incorporated in Singapore is in charge solely of all Singapore operations and servicing Vetrinamia customers in Singapore.

In some countries and regions, our strategic partners also work alongside Vetrinamia.com in their respective regions to further enhance local customer service quality as much as possible.

"Company", "we", "us", "our" below refer to the Vetrinamia platform.

1. ELIGIBILITY, REGISTRATION, AND SUBSCRIPTION TO SERVICES

You may register for or subscribe to our Website and Services where such options are made available through the Website.

By registering for or subscribing to the Website or Services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for updating your information promptly should any details change. This helps ensure the proper delivery of communications relating to your account, orders, shipments, and other Services.

By using our Website or Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age (18 years or older, or the legal age in your relevant jurisdiction, or 13 years of age with parental consent).

If you do not meet the applicable age requirements, you must not access, use, or place orders through the Website or Services.

If we reasonably believe that you do not meet the applicable eligibility requirements or have provided inaccurate information regarding your age, we reserve the right to cancel any pending or completed orders, terminate your registration or subscription, and cease providing you with the Services.

Additionally, you must possess the legal capacity to enter into and agree to these Terms.

If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organization or entity to these Terms. In such cases, references to "you" or "your" in these Terms will refer to that organization or entity.

If we have previously restricted or terminated your access to the Services, you may not access or use the Services without our prior written consent.

If you register for a Service requiring account authentication, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account unless and until you notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any unauthorized access to your password or account credentials.
Without limiting any other rights or remedies available to us under applicable law or these Terms, if you fail to comply with these Terms, Vetrinamia reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel your registration or subscription, block your account, and/or deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Website or Services.

2. DURATION AND TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Your registration for or subscription to one or more Services will become effective upon successful completion of the applicable registration or subscription process.
You may terminate your registration or subscription to the Services at any time by contacting us at care@vetrinamia.com.

We will provide confirmation of such cancellation by email or other appropriate communication method.

Vetrinamia reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend your registration, subscription, account, or access to the Services at its discretion and at any time, subject to applicable law, if you materially breach these Terms, without limiting any other rights or remedies available under applicable law or these Terms.

Where appropriate, notice of such suspension or termination will be provided by email or through the Website, and your account credentials will be deactivated.
Termination or suspension of your access to the Services will not affect any rights or remedies to which Vetrinamia may be entitled.

Any rights, obligations, or liabilities accrued prior to termination will survive termination to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed, orders generally cannot be modified or cancelled.

In some cases where payment has not yet been processed (typically within 1 to 2 hours of placing the order), we may be able to accommodate cancellation requests, though cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Please contact care@vetrinamia.com immediately if you need to request a cancellation.

For information regarding returns after delivery, please refer to Section 12 (Return Policy).

4. PAYMENT TERMS

All payments are subject to verification and acceptance by Vetrinamia. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following payment terms apply:

All orders may be subject to security and fraud verification procedures. If additional verification is required, you may be contacted and asked to provide further information within 48 hours. Failure to complete the verification process within the requested timeframe may result in order cancellation and a refund issued to the original payment method.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your location, selected currency, device, or payment provider availability. Please ensure that you are shopping using the correct country and language settings applicable to your region.
Payment methods available on the Website and mobile shopping platforms include but are not limited to:

PayPal
Google Pay
Apple Pay
Shop Pay

Additional payment methods may be available depending on your region. Please check the checkout page for your country for full details.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, and handling fees, if any, are already included in the displayed prices unless otherwise stated.

Payments in selected local currencies may be supported. Vetrinamia is not responsible for any foreign exchange fees, bank charges, or other transaction costs imposed by your payment provider or financial institution.

Displayed currencies and pricing may vary depending on your selected country or region settings.

If you wish to modify your delivery address or certain order information after placing an order, please contact us at care@vetrinamia.com as soon as possible. We cannot make amendments to orders that have already shipped.

Only one payment method may be used per order unless otherwise permitted at checkout. If you wish to use multiple payment methods, separate orders may be required.

5. CHANGES IN PRODUCTS AND PRICING

We strive to ensure all product information on the Website, including descriptions, materials, dimensions, and pricing, is accurate and up to date.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our Products, slight variations in color, texture, and finish, or other natural characteristics, are inherent to the materials and craftsmanship used. Colors may also appear differently depending on your device's display settings.
If you require additional information regarding a Product, please contact care@vetrinamia.com before placing your order.

We are continually updating and revising our range of Products and Services, and we reserve the right to discontinue any Product or Service at any time without prior notice.
The User acknowledges that, before placing any Order on the Site, he/she has been informed with information regarding the essential characteristics of the Product, including in particular its nature, function, composition, materials, color, dimensions, and instructions for use and care, as well as the price of the Products and any additional charges, including delivery costs, payable by the Buyer.

It is the User's responsibility to check the list of materials and details making up the Products on the product page.

We have made every effort possible to ensure the photographs and images of products included on the Website have been portrayed as accurately as possible; however, the User acknowledges that the settings and specifications of the User's viewing device or display could affect the accuracy of the colors of products portrayed. Additionally, product photographs may not accurately represent the actual scale or dimensions of the Product. Users are encouraged to refer to the specific dimensions listed on each product page before placing an order. Vetrinamia cannot be held responsible for such variations and they do not affect the validity of the sales.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.

It is also the User's responsibility to comply with the conditions of use and care of the Products, and use the products in accordance with their instructions and only for their intended purpose listed on the Product sheets, in accordance with the instructions and recommendations.

For any questions relating to the Products and their use, any additional questions or requests for advice, the User may contact Customer Service at care@vetrinamia.com.
Prices, product availability, and product specifications are subject to change. Prices are calculated in euros first and then reflected in the currency of your country and processed in your local currency.

Vetrinamia reserves the right to adjust pricing, availability, and product offerings in response to market conditions, supplier or manufacturing changes, pricing errors, currency fluctuations, or other business or operational considerations.

6. SHIPPING FEES, TAXES, AND INTERNATIONAL DUTIES

We are glad to offer free standard shipping on all orders. Prices shown are already inclusive of duties and taxes.

If you have any questions regarding duties, taxes, or shipping for your destination country, please contact us at care@vetrinamia.com. We are here to help.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund duties and taxes for all countries when processing a refund. For further information regarding eligibility, please contact care@vetrinamia.com.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be eligible to apply directly to your local customs authority for a refund of duties or taxes relating to returned Products.

7. SHIPPING POLICY

Vetrinamia is pleased to offer complimentary shipping for all orders.
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We ship all orders via FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, and other authorized international couriers.

Estimated delivery timeframes, where applicable, will be displayed on the relevant product page and/or at checkout.

If your package has not been delivered, or your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at care@vetrinamia.com.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available. Tracking updates may take approximately 24 hours to appear after shipment confirmation, depending on the courier's processing times.

Please note the following:

Additional security verification may be required before an order can be processed and shipped.

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within approximately 72 hours after order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Products are shipped directly from Italy. Delivery typically takes approximately 10 to 15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance procedures.

Delivery delays caused by customs procedures, transportation disruptions, severe weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT

All content available on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video/audio clips, photographs, illustrations, trademarks, trade names, service marks, trade dress, site architecture, animations, diagrams, models, musical compositions, software used in connection with the Website, as well as the Website's layout, design, structure, organization, data compilation, functionality, and related materials (collectively, the "Contents") are owned by or licensed to Vetrinamia, its affiliates, or its licensors, and are protected under applicable intellectual property, copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may access and use the Contents solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and only as expressly permitted by these Terms.

Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or with Vetrinamia's prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, create derivative works from, exploit, or otherwise use any Contents for commercial or public purposes.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Vetrinamia and its licensors.

Unauthorized use of the Contents may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
Vetrinamia reserves the right to modify, update, or remove Website Contents at any time without prior notice.

9. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

The Website may contain links to websites operated by third parties, including our partner brands, social media platforms, and other external services.
These links are provided for your convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement by Vetrinamia of the content, products, or services offered on those websites.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, privacy practices, availability, security, or operation of any third-party websites.
We recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website you visit.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vetrinamia shall not be liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims arising from or related to your use of any third-party website or service.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vetrinamia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of the Website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or damage caused by viruses, malware, or other harmful materials, notwithstanding our reasonable security measures.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vetrinamia's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Vetrinamia, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and legal representatives harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
your use of the Website;

your violation of these Terms; or

any infringement of third-party rights.

Vetrinamia reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate reasonably with our defense of such claims.

12. RETURN POLICY (RETURNS AND REFUNDS)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are happy to accept returns of new and unused products within the timeframe and conditions outlined below. Certain items may be excluded from returns, which will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at care@vetrinamia.com. Our team will review and process your request in accordance with this Return Policy.

Nothing in this Return Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

We accept returns for refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Once your request has been approved, we will provide a prepaid return label along with return instructions. Please ensure the return package is shipped and handed to the designated carrier within 14 days of receiving the prepaid return label to allow for prompt processing of your refund.

Returns are accepted only if the Product is returned in its original condition and packaging, including, where applicable, boxes, hangers, garment bags, protective coverings, authenticity cards, dust bags, Vetrinamia tags, designer tags, and other accompanying materials originally included with the Product. Products must be new, unused, unworn, and unaltered. Any return that does not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Please note that return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and are EUR 30 (or the equivalent amount in local currency) and will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method used at checkout within 14 business days and send you a confirmation of the refund by email. 

Shipping costs, import duties, and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable by Vetrinamia, as these amounts are remitted to carriers and government authorities on your behalf. These costs will be deducted from your refund.

If a return is rejected, you may be required to pay the applicable return shipping costs so that the Product can be returned to you. Once paid, the Product will be shipped back to the original shipping address provided in your order.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be eligible to reclaim duties or taxes on returned goods directly from your local customs or tax authority. We recommend contacting them for guidance regarding their refund procedures.

Faulty/Damaged Items:

If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it does not match the description on our Website, please contact our Customer Service team at care@vetrinamia.com as soon as possible.

Following verification and approval by our Customer Service team, we will arrange a return and process an appropriate refund, repair, or replacement, as applicable.
If your order is missing packaging or accessories on arrival, please contact care@vetrinamia.com.

Returned Products showing signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, missing packaging, soiling, or other conditions inconsistent with resale may be deemed ineligible for return acceptance, and refunds or credits will not be issued for such returns.
In the event that a return does not meet acceptance criteria, then the return will not be processed, and the shipping expenses incurred in returning the Products to you will not be covered by Vetrinamia.

Please note that refunds will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by Vetrinamia.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of when the returned item is received at our warehouse, subject to any shorter refund period mandated by applicable law.

Vetrinamia monitors the number and condition of Products returned and orders canceled by customers. Excessive returns, repeated cancellations, suspected abuse of the return process, or violations of these Terms may result in restrictions on future purchases or account activity, subject to applicable law.

Product Warranty

All leather goods purchased from Vetrinamia are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

If your handbag or small leather good proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use within this period, we will repair or replace the item free of charge, including return shipping. Proof of purchase is required.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at care@vetrinamia.com with your order number and photographs of the defect to initiate the evaluation process.

Our Products are crafted from high-quality, natural calf, lamb, or chevre leather sourced from Italy and France. Variations in color, texture, and natural markings are inherent characteristics of the material and are considered hallmarks of quality, not defects. Over time, your leather may develop a unique patina through regular use and exposure to natural oils, further enhancing its character.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care including prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat, moisture, or liquids, failure to follow the care guidelines provided with your Product, or alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by third parties.

Please refer to each brand's product care guidelines for further information regarding care of your handbag or small leather goods.

Our team will generally respond to warranty requests within approximately 5 business days.

In order to process your request, please provide photographic and/or video proof of defect, a photo or scan of the original receipt, and an unboxing video.

You are heavily encouraged to include an unboxing or unpacking video of your purchase at the time you received it. If available, the video should show the unboxing of the Product and the condition of the Product from multiple angles upon receipt. This video should be submitted via care@vetrinamia.com together with your request. The video may be provided in any format or length, provided the Product condition and alleged defect are clearly visible.

Vetrinamia will make a final assessment of your request after the Product is received. If the Product is deemed defective, Vetrinamia will repair or replace the Product at our expense, including applicable return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Vetrinamia does not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different Product, please place a new order and return the original Product in accordance with this Return Policy. Any approved refund will be processed in accordance with the refund terms set out above.

Final Sale: Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

All Products that are customized items, special order items, or indicated as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except where required by applicable law.

Please carefully review the return eligibility stated on each product page before completing your purchase.

If you return to Vetrinamia any Product that is not eligible for return under these Terms, any Product not listed in the applicable return authorization, or any Product not originally purchased from Vetrinamia, we reserve the right to refuse, return, or otherwise handle such Products in accordance with our internal procedures and applicable law. Refunds or credits will not be issued for such Products.

13. USER CONDUCT

You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon or violate the rights of others.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit or transmit through the Website, and you warrant that such content does not violate any applicable laws or infringe upon any third-party rights. You are also solely responsible for any content you publicly post or display on the Website.

By using the Website and the services provided through it, you agree not to:
use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or solicit others to engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities, including but not limited to misusing, abusing, or manipulating our products, services, promotions, content, or reward points in any way, including, for example, creating multiple accounts to obtain promotional benefits in violation of applicable promotional rules;

violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances;

infringe upon or violate the rights of Vetrinamia or others, including intellectual property rights;

engage in conduct that is abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise harmful toward other users, customers, employees, suppliers, vendors, agents, or representatives, including conduct based on protected characteristics under applicable law;

submit false, misleading, or deceptive information;

upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, viruses, malware, or other harmful technologies that may disrupt or interfere with the Website, related services, networks, or systems;

collect, track, disclose, or publish personal information of others without appropriate authorization or consent;

engage in spamming, phishing, pharming, scraping, crawling, spidering, data mining, or similar unauthorized activities;

use the Website or its services for obscene, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable purposes; or

interfere with, disable, or circumvent the security or functionality of the Website or related systems.

Vetrinamia reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to monitor, review, remove, or disclose content or activity as reasonably necessary to protect the Website, enforce these Terms, protect the rights and safety of Vetrinamia or others, or comply with applicable laws, regulations, or governmental requests.

Vetrinamia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Website or Services if you violate these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or applicable law, subject to applicable legal requirements.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

14.1 Governing Law
These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you will also retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract. Nothing in this choice of law restricts your right to rely on such mandatory provisions.

14.2 Contracting Entity
Your contract is with the Vetrinamia entity responsible for your market.

14.3 Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where permitted by mandatory local law.

14.4 Alternative Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct communication or mediation.

For customers resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you may submit a complaint via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

For customers resident in France, you may also refer a dispute to a certified consumer mediator in accordance with Articles L611-1 to L616-3 of the French Consumer Code. Details of the applicable mediator will be provided upon request by contacting care@vetrinamia.com.

For customers resident in Japan, you may contact the National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan (国民生活センター) or your local consumer affairs consultation desk (消費生活センター).

14.5 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms shall limit, exclude, or override any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Where such mandatory provisions conflict with these Terms, the mandatory provisions shall prevail.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, including but not limited to: natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, acts of government, war, terrorism, civil unrest, sanctions, embargoes, labour disputes, supply chain disruptions, utility failures, cyberattacks, or disruptions to transportation or logistics networks (each, a "Force Majeure Event").
The affected party shall notify the other party of the Force Majeure Event as soon as reasonably practicable and shall use reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of the event.

If a Force Majeure Event prevents or delays the delivery of Products for a continuous period exceeding ninety (90) days, either party may terminate the affected order(s) by written notice. In such cases, Vetrinamia shall refund the full purchase price for any Products not yet delivered.

This Section does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including any statutory right to cancel an order or receive a refund.
