The leather of this model is genuine Italian cowhide, soft, with a silky feel, chrome-tanned. Leather is a living material that evolves over time, becoming softer with use. Each piece is crafted with Italian leather, making every bag luxurious and unique.

To bring the designer's vision to life, we use only leather sourced from the finest Italian tanneries. The tanneries we collaborate with are LWG certified, ensuring the highest standards of quality and sustainability. These certifications are a testament to our ongoing commitment to excellence. Each piece of leather is meticulously inspected by highly skilled Italian craftsmen, who select only the finest sections. The quality of our products is, without a doubt, our top priority.

PRODUCT CARE

Leathers: For regular cleaning, it is recommended to dust with a soft, dry cloth. Any stains can be treated with a damp cloth and gentle cleaning products, such as neutral soap or detergent. Test first on a small area. Do not rub the surface, but gently dab from the edges towards the stain. The use of abrasive products such as solvents, stain removers, etc., is prohibited. Do not use steam. Avoid exposure to heat sources. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or humidity to preserve the quality of the leather. Keep away from sharp objects to prevent scratches or damage.
Store the handbag in its dust bag in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Avoid placing heavy objects on top of the bag to maintain its shape.
Do not wash, bleach, iron or dry clean.

To protect the hardware of your bag, it is advisable to protect the surface of the metal accessories from scratches and abrasions, avoiding contact with perfumes, alcohol, cosmetics, ammonia, and chlorine. Use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust, and use a slightly damp cloth with lukewarm water and a gentle cleanser, such as neutral soap or metal cleaner. Avoid exposing it to excessive heat and sudden temperature changes. Do not use solvents, strong stain removers, or other aggressive chemicals, as they may damage the surface. Also, avoid contact with perfumes, alcohol, and cosmetics. To keep it shiny, it is recommended to periodically use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.

Delivery time

Your order will usually take at least 5 to 15 working days, in some cases a bit longer, because the products are all meticulously crafted by artisans in Italy, and some products will ship from Italy to our fulfillment center in Hong Kong before they reach your final destination.

Vetrina Mia always endeavors to ship the product as quickly as possible.

Returns

We accept refunds for returns up to 7 days after you receive your order. Please contact us at care@vetrinamia.com to initiate a return. Our team will process your request, and inform you of the shipping destination for the return.

Please take note that we only accept returns if the product is still in its original packaging including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, protective coverings, is new and unworn and still has all other signature packaging that it originally shipped with including Vetrina Mia and designer tags. Other designer packaging such as dust bags, authenticity cards, and tags must all be included where applicable.

Any return that does not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Please note, the cost of shipping and handling charges for returns is paid by the customer, which is 30 EUR (or its equivalent in local currency).

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 business days and send you a confirmation of the refund by email.

Certificate of Italian Origin

Our products are authentically Made in Italy, and each carries a Certificate of Italian Origin, issued by the local Chamber of Commerce in the province where the bag is crafted. The certificate with signature and seal from the relevant authority of each provincial chamber of commerce is shown on each product page for your reference, with official translations into English, Japanese, Chinese and Korean.
