Premium Materials: Crafted from crocodile-embossed genuine Italian calfskin leather, from certified tanneries in Italy adhering to LWG standards. The Gloria Bag stands out for its meticulous attention to detail and the use of top-quality materials. Its interior is lined with pure cotton, offering the perfect combination of lightness, practicality, and durability for optimal comfort.

Fabric Applique: The fabric is made by a company with over 35 years of experience in the textile sector, located in the heart of Lake Como and is obtained by combining two innovative techniques: digital printing and gold thread embroidery. Digital printing transfers the desired image directly onto the fabric fibers, ensuring precise color rendering and durability. Subsequently, a gold thread embroidery, performed with high-precision industrial machines, is applied to the fabric, faithfully following the printed design. The gold thread, metallic and resistant, is sewn onto the fabric with precise stitching. The result is a high-quality fabric, characterized by a soft hand and rich texture, with a sharp image and defined embroidery

Delivery time

Your order will usually take at least 5 to 15 working days, in some cases a bit longer, because the products are all meticulously crafted by artisans in Italy, and some products will ship from Italy to our fulfillment center in Hong Kong before they reach your final destination.

Vetrina Mia always endeavors to ship the product as quickly as possible.

Returns

We accept refunds for returns up to 7 days after you receive your order. Please contact us at care@vetrinamia.com to initiate a return. Our team will process your request, and inform you of the shipping destination for the return.

Please take note that we only accept returns if the product is still in its original packaging including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, protective coverings, is new and unworn and still has all other signature packaging that it originally shipped with including Vetrina Mia and designer tags. Other designer packaging such as dust bags, authenticity cards, and tags must all be included where applicable.

Any return that does not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Please note, the cost of shipping and handling charges for returns is paid by the customer, which is 30 EUR (or its equivalent in local currency).

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 business days and send you a confirmation of the refund by email.

Our products are authentically Made in Italy, and each carries a Certificate of Italian Origin, issued by the local Chamber of Commerce in the province where the bag is crafted.
