Premium Materials: Crafted from patent lambskin leather, sourced from certified Italian tanneries in compliance with LWG standards. The leather carries a refined crocodile-embossed textured stamp, which gives the bag texture but still remains supple and soft to touch.

The precious and soft lambskin, tanned with traditional methods, undergoes an embossing process that faithfully reproduces the texture of crocodile skin. The subsequent application of a water-based varnish guarantees impermeability and resistance to abrasion, preserving the original appearance of the bag over time.

The Taisa Bag combines elegance with quality. Its interior, lined with soft and durable microfiber, ensures optimal protection for personal items.

PRODUCT CARE

To keep your Taisa Bag in optimal condition, we recommend following these simple guidelines. For surface stains, use a soft, slightly damp cloth, taking care not to over-wet the leather. For tougher stains, use a gentle cleaner specifically designed for patent leather.

Delivery time

Your order will usually take between 10 to up to 25 working days to reach you, because the products are all meticulously crafted by artisans in Italy, and they will ship from Italy to our fulfillment center in Hong Kong before they reach your final destination. Vetrina Mia always endeavors to ship the product as quickly as possible. We thank you for your understanding.

RETURNS

Our Return Policy

We accept refunds for returns up to 7 days after you receive your order. Please contact us at care@vetrinamia.com to initiate a return. Our team will process your request, and inform you of the shipping destination for the return.

Please take note that we only accept returns if the product is still in its original packaging including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, protective coverings, is new and unworn and still has all other signature packaging that it originally shipped with including Vetrina Mia and designer tags. Other designer packaging such as belts, dust bags, authenticity cards, and leather tags must all be included where applicable.

Any return that does not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Please note, Vetrina Mia does not cover any additional shipping and/or custom fees that may occur in the process of conducting a return, and the cost of shipping and handling charges for returns is paid by the customer, which is 30 EUR each way, therefore a total of 60 EUR total return shipping cost. If your return is approved, we will refund you the cost of your purchase, however the original cost of shipping the product to you will be deducted from the amount that is refunded.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 business days and send you a confirmation of the refund by email.

If your return is rejected, you will receive a link to pay for the return-shipping cost. Once paid, the product will be shipped back to the ship-to address originally indicated in your order.

Shipping to Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Singapore and Philippines: The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes, there are no further charges on delivery. For delivery to other countries not listed above, you may be requested by customs of your destination country to pay duties taxable under your relevant local laws, and/or VAT or consumption taxes.
