Ilenia Gamberini is an Italian designer, she creates models of bags for her fashion brand in Bologna, the city where she grew up and from which she draws constant inspiration for her collections. Its roots are honored not only in the name of the brand, which takes its typically Bolognese surname, but above all in the choice of the 100% local production that gave life to Gamberini Bag.

After her gratuation in Art History in 2007 at the oldest university in the world, the Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna, she embarked on a rich career in the organization of artistic and cultural events. The love for art, for fashion and the desire to experiment have been fertile ground for a new professional path in fashion design. In the creation of her unique concept and model designs she was inspired by her artistic training and the great history of Made in Italy. For Ilenia Gamberini, fashion research is art research. Her style frames the beauty of Italian manufacture, her signature is the oval, which contains everything that tickles her artistic sensibility.

Becoming a mother in the period of professional resilience, in her thirties, gave to the designer immense strength and determination to become a business woman and founder of the Gamberini Bag fashion accessories brand, as well as manager of her first store in Bologna's city center in 2014. After the design of the accessory, she dedicated herself to the search for excellent craftsmen for the creation of the first collection and to the formation of a versatile and passionate team to grow with, both as individuals and as a project.
