Materials sourced from Italy

Premium Materials: Crafted from crocodile-embossed genuine Italian calfskin leather, from certified tanneries in Italy adhering to LWG standards. The Gloria Bag stands out for its meticulous attention to detail and the use of top-quality materials. Its interior is lined with pure cotton, offering the perfect combination of lightness, practicality, and durability for optimal comfort.

Fabric Applique: The fabric is made by a company with over 35 years of experience in the textile sector, located in the heart of Lake Como and is obtained by combining two innovative techniques: digital printing and gold thread embroidery. Digital printing transfers the desired image directly onto the fabric fibers, ensuring precise color rendering and durability. Subsequently, a gold thread embroidery, performed with high-precision industrial machines, is applied to the fabric, faithfully following the printed design. The gold thread, metallic and resistant, is sewn onto the fabric with precise stitching. The result is a high-quality fabric, characterized by a soft hand and rich texture, with a sharp image and defined embroidery

To maintain the beauty and quality of the Gloria Bag over time, we recommend following these guidelines:

Leather Care:
• Avoid scratching or rubbing the leather against abrasive surfaces to prevent damage or dullness.
• Keep the bag away from humid environments, direct sunlight, and heat sources.
• Protect it from sharp objects and materials that may transfer color, such as magazines or dark fabrics.
• Gently clean the leather with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust or surface dirt.
• Avoid soap-based detergents, solvents, or other harsh chemicals.

18K Gold-Plated Accessories:
• The metal accessories, including the oval Cameo frame, are plated in 18-karat gold and require special care.
• Avoid contact with perfumes, alcohol-based solutions, cosmetics, and oily products that could damage the finish.
• To maintain their brilliance, gently polish the accessories with a soft microfiber cloth.
• Do not expose the accessories to excessive heat, sudden temperature changes, or water.

Embroidered Fabric Care:
• The embroidered fabric requires particular attention. Avoid rubbing or contact with liquids or chemicals to preserve the intricate details and the shine of the golden threads.

Storage:
• When not in use, store the bag in its original dust bag provided at the time of purchase.
• Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

General Tips:
• Avoid overloading the bag or placing heavy items on top of it to maintain its original shape.
• To nourish and protect the leather, apply a neutral cream designed for smooth leather, testing it first on a small, inconspicuous area.

Vetrina Mia is glad to offer free shipping on all orders.

Delivery time

Your order will usually take at least 15 working days to reach you, in some cases a bit longer, because the products will ship from Italy to our fulfillment center in Hong Kong before they are shipped to your final destination. We thank you for your understanding. In the case of pre-order, the estimated shipping dates will be shown in the product page details and also on your order confirmation page. Please note, the dates given are only an estimate, and they may fluctuate based on actual availability of the product.

Returns

Our Return Policy

We accept refunds for returns up to 7 days after you receive your order. Please contact us at care@vetrinamia.com to initiate a return. Our team will process your request, and inform you of the shipping destination for the return.

Please take note that we only accept returns if the product is still in its original packaging including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, protective coverings, is new and unworn and still has all other signature packaging that it originally shipped with including Vetrina Mia and designer tags. Other designer packaging such as belts, dust bags, authenticity cards, and leather tags must all be included where applicable.

Any return that does not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Please note, Vetrina Mia does not cover any additional shipping and/or custom fees that may occur in the process of conducting a return, and the cost of shipping and handling charges for returns is paid by the customer, which is 30 EUR each way, therefore a total of 60 EUR total return shipping cost. If your return is approved, we will refund you the cost of your purchase, however the original cost of shipping the product to you will be deducted from the amount that is refunded.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 business days and send you a confirmation of the refund by email.

If your return is rejected, you will receive a link to pay for the return-shipping cost. Once paid, the product will be shipped back to the ship-to address originally indicated in your order.
