The Gioia Bag reinvents a classic model with a contemporary, original design characterized by sleek, elegant lines. In Italian, "GIOIA" means joy and lightness—values that are fully embodied in this model. Crafted from premium Italian crocodile-embossed calfskin leather, it is adorned with the iconic brass oval frame coated in a layer of 18-karat gold that encloses a tropical floral motif. Every detail is masterfully crafted, showcasing the excellence of Italian artisanship. Balanced and harmonious, the Gioia Bag is a versatile crossbody style, perfect for multiple occasions, adding color, grace, and lightness to any outfit.

Leathers: The Gioia Bag is crafted from high-quality Italian calfskin leather, sourced from tanneries certified by LWG. The leather, tanned using traditional methods, is embossed with a crocodile texture through a sophisticated hot-stamping technique, ensuring depth and shine.

Fabric: The fabric is the result of a digital printing process that combines sublimation with transfer. Sublimation fixes the image deep into the fibers, guaranteeing very high definition and exceptional color rendering. The addition of a thickened base in thermoplastic material gives the design a three-dimensional volume and an internal brightness that makes it almost tactile. The combination of high-quality pigmented inks and these innovative techniques produce a high-impact visual result, with vibrant colors and strong contrasts. Made by a textile company with over 35 years of experience in the heart of Lake Como, this fabric is an excellence of Made in Italy in the textile sector.

Interior: The pure cotton lining ensures a perfect blend of functionality, lightness, and durability.

To maintain the beauty and quality of the Gioia Bag over time, we recommend following these guidelines:

Leather Care:
• Avoid scratching or rubbing the leather against abrasive surfaces to prevent damage or dullness.
• Keep the bag away from humid environments, direct sunlight, and heat sources.
• Protect it from sharp objects and materials that may transfer color, such as magazines or dark fabrics.
• Gently clean the leather with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust or surface dirt.
• Avoid soap-based detergents, solvents, or other harsh chemicals.

18K Gold-Plated Accessories:
• The metal accessories, including the oval brass frame plated in 18-karat gold, require special care.
• Avoid contact with perfumes, alcohol-based solutions, cosmetics, and oily products that could damage the finish.
• To maintain their brilliance, gently polish the accessories with a soft microfiber cloth.
• Do not expose the accessories to excessive heat, sudden temperature changes, or water.

Printed Fabric Care:
• The printed fabric requires particular attention. Avoid rubbing or contact with liquids or chemicals to preserve the definition and vibrant colors of the print.

Storage:
• When not in use, store the bag in its original dust bag provided at the time of purchase.
• Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Shipping Fees

Vetrina Mia is glad to offer free shipping on all orders.

Delivery time

Your order will usually take at least 15 working days to reach you, in some cases a bit longer, because the products will ship from Italy to our fulfillment center in Hong Kong before they are shipped to your final destination. We thank you for your understanding. In the case of pre-order, the estimated shipping dates will be shown in the product page details and also on your order confirmation page. Please note, the dates given are only an estimate, and they may fluctuate based on actual availability of the product.

Returns

Our Return Policy

We accept refunds for returns up to 7 days after you receive your order. Please contact us at care@vetrinamia.com to initiate a return. Our team will process your request, and inform you of the shipping destination for the return.

Please take note that we only accept returns if the product is still in its original packaging including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, protective coverings, is new and unworn and still has all other signature packaging that it originally shipped with including Vetrina Mia and designer tags. Other designer packaging such as belts, dust bags, authenticity cards, and leather tags must all be included where applicable.

Any return that does not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Please note, Vetrina Mia does not cover any additional shipping and/or custom fees that may occur in the process of conducting a return, and the cost of shipping and handling charges for returns is paid by the customer, which is 30 EUR each way, therefore a total of 60 EUR total return shipping cost. If your return is approved, we will refund you the cost of your purchase, however the original cost of shipping the product to you will be deducted from the amount that is refunded.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 business days and send you a confirmation of the refund by email.

If your return is rejected, you will receive a link to pay for the return-shipping cost. Once paid, the product will be shipped back to the ship-to address originally indicated in your order.
