These terms and conditions, referred to as "Terms and Conditions", govern the purchase and sale of products ("Product" or "Products") through various channels, including the website www.vetrinamia.com ("Website"), our mobile applications ("App"), Vetrina Mia team members, showrooms, and other events. These Terms and Conditions also encompass the utilization of any services or features provided by or on behalf of “Vetrina Mia” (wholly owned trademark owned and operated by Glorious Fame Limited, with registration no. 336886) (collectively, including their affiliates and subsidiaries, referred to as "Vetrina Mia”, "us," "our," or "we"). By placing an order for Product(s) or authorizing such placement on your behalf, or by using our Services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions, thus becoming legally bound by them.

Vetrina Mia reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion, without providing prior written notice. The most recent version of the Terms and Conditions will be posted on this page, and it is advisable to review them before making any Product purchases or utilizing our Services. These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the general terms and conditions governing the use of our Services. It is also recommended that you carefully review our Privacy Policy before placing an order for Product(s) or using our Services.

1. Eligibility, Registration for, and Subscription to, Services

You have the option to register for or subscribe to our Website and Services, as made available on the Website periodically.

By registering for or subscribing to the Website and Services, including brand memberships, you affirm your commitment to providing accurate and truthful information. In the event of any changes to the information provided during registration or subscription, it is your responsibility to promptly notify us. This ensures the proper receipt of our messages and prevents inadvertent contact with third parties by Vetrina Mia.

In order to utilize our Services, it is a prerequisite that you are, and hereby represent and warrant that you are, of legal age (18 years or older, or the legal age in your relevant jurisdiction, or 13 years of age with parental consent). If you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of an organization or entity, you further affirm and guarantee that you have the authorization to bind them to these Terms and Conditions, and as such, any references to "you" and "your" within these Terms and Conditions, excluding this sentence, pertain to said organization or entity. If we have previously barred your access to or use of the Services, you are prohibited from accessing or using them.

If you have registered for a Service that requires prior authentication (such as an Account or Wish list), you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities undertaken using your account or password. Vetrina Mia is authorized to consider any actions or communications received under your password as if they were carried out by you, unless explicit prior notice to the contrary is received by Vetrina Mia. You agree to immediately notify us if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or if there is any unauthorized access to your password.

Without prejudice to other remedies available under applicable law and these Terms of Use, if you fail to fulfill your obligations under these Terms of Use, Vetrina Mia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel your registration or subscription, block your account, and/or deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Website and Services.

2. Duration and Termination of Services

Your registration for or subscription to one or more Services will become effective upon successful completion of the respective process.

You have the option to terminate your registration for or subscription to the Services at any time, at your sole discretion, by sending an email to care@vetrinamia.com. Upon receipt, we will respond with an email or other form of communication confirming the cancellation of your registration or subscription.

Vetrina Mia also reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend your registration or subscription at any time and at its sole discretion, in the event of any substantial violation of these Terms of Use by you, without prejudice to any other remedies provided by applicable law. Notification of termination or suspension, as applicable, will be sent to you via email, and your credentials, if applicable, will be deactivated.

Termination of your access or use will not waive or affect any other rights or remedies to which Vetrina Mia may be entitled, whether in law or equity. The obligations and liabilities of both parties incurred prior to termination shall continue to be binding even after termination, for all purposes.

3. Cancelling orders

We are pleased to accept cancellation requests for pre-order items and in-stock items both within 24 hours after purchases. After 24 hours, we do not accept cancellations.

CHINA: We accept refunds and exchanges up to 7 days after you receive your order. Please contact us at care@vetrinamia.com to initiate a return. Our team will process your request. Please take note that we only accept returns and exchanges if the product is still in its original packaging including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, protective coverings, is new and unworn and still has all other signature packaging that it originally shipped with including Vetrina Mia and designer tags. Other designer packaging such as belts, dust bags, authenticity cards, and leather tags must all be included where applicable. Any return that does not meet these requirements may be rejected and sent back to you. We also accept exchanges for color or size changes. However the same requirements still apply - the product must be in its original packaging, unused and have all Vetrina Mia and designer tags that it originally shipped with. Vetrina Mia does not cover any additional shipping and/or custom fees that may occur in the process of conducting a return or an exchange.

REST: We do not accept refunds excluding cases of faulty items. If there is an issue with the size or color, we do offer exchanges and you can begin the process by emailing care@vetrinamia.com. Please take note that we only accept returns and exchanges if the product is still in its original packaging including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, protective coverings, is new and unworn and still has all other signature packaging that it originally shipped with including Vetrina Mia and designer tags. Other designer packaging such as belts, dust bags, authenticity cards, and leather tags must all be included where applicable. Please email care@vetrinamia.com with “return request” in your subject line, and please reference the order number in your email. Our team will process your request.

Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method to your Vetrina Mia account. You should see the refund on your bank statement within 7 business days, depending on your financial institution. Please note we are only able to refund the original card(s) and/or payment method used to place the order

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Vetrina Mia. We suggest contacting your local customs bureau directly, as they may be able to assist you in recovering these funds. Please note that Vetrina Mia does not refund the cost of outbound shipping.

4. Payment Terms

The terms of payment are at our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, shall adhere to the following guidelines:

All orders are subject to security verification, and we may reach out to you for the purpose of verifying an order. If contacted, you will have a period of 48 hours to complete the verification process. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in notification of order cancellation and a refund issued through the original payment method.

Vetrina Mia accepts a wide variety of ways to pay at checkout. See below for specific details on which payment methods are accepted on our platform. Depending on your country, the accepted payment methods may differ. Please refer to the product page of the item you wish to purchase, and make sure you are viewing the site in your selected country in the language and country setting.

Shipping and handling charges will be applied in accordance with our current shipping policies, as outlined below. You can make payments in JPY, KRW, MOP, GBP, HKD, AUD, CNY, NTD, SGD, Rp?, RM?, PHP, THB?, KHR, VND, MMK, KPW, MNT, INR and AED. Currencies will be displayed by site preferences so please ensure that you are shopping from the correct country. To change your default country, simply hover over the selected country in the upper right hand side of the site. Prices are calculated and processed in your local currency.

If you wish to modify the delivery address, or information associated with your payment details, please contact us at care@vetrinamia.com as soon as possible. We cannot make amendments to orders that have already shipped.

At this time, we can only accept one credit card per order placed. If you have multiple items in an order, you are welcome to place separate orders with different credit cards.

5. Changes in Products and Pricing

We are continually updating and revising our range of Products and Services, and we reserve the right to discontinue any Product or Service at any time without prior notice. All pricing for our Products is subject to change. We also retain the right to make adjustments to our prices and offerings based on evolving market conditions, Product discontinuation, manufacturer price modifications, errors in advertising, and other exceptional circumstances.

While we strive to provide accurate Product descriptions and pricing, we cannot guarantee their absolute accuracy. In the event that an error is discovered in the pricing or description of a Product, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that particular Product. This refusal or cancellation may occur even after an order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card has been charged.

6. Shipping Fees, Taxes, and International Duties

Prices are calculated in euros first and then reflected in the currency of your country and processed in your local currency. For all currencies, prices displayed on the website are not inclusive of any tax and will be added on once address is added in at check out, if taxes are applicable.

Taxes and duties depend on the laws of the location to which you are shipping and are determined by a number of factors, such as each product’s origin, material composition, use, and final destination. Applicable import taxes and duties are calculated during checkout and based on the total merchandise value, after discounts or promotions have been applied.

Taxes and duties will be charged when your order ships. This means that for pre-orders, these amounts will be processed on the second payment.

All other non-customs-related local taxes are the customer’s responsibility, and Vetrina Mia is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes.

Vetrina Mia ships Delivered At Place (DAP).

Upon arrival of your order at the destination country, you will be responsible for any additional import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These costs are not included in the price of the goods or shipping fees paid at checkout.

Instead, you’ll need to pay these directly to our courier to release your order from customs.

As we’re unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a Delivery At Place (DAP) order. Should an order be seized/abandoned due to certain circumstances, Vetrina Mia is not able to retrieve the order and you may not be refunded for your purchase. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:

Failure to Provide Required Customs Documents: if the order is seized and cannot be recovered because you did not supply the necessary customs documents upon request and within a reasonable timeframe;

Refusal to Pay Customs Duties: if the order is seized and cannot be recovered because you declined to pay the applicable customs duties;

Unreachable Customer: if the order is seized and cannot be recovered because attempts to deliver were unsuccessful, and you were unreachable.

Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by country and are determined by your local customs authorities. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on these potential charges.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund duties and taxes for all countries. To see if you’re eligible for a refund, please reach out to care@vetrinamia.com. You may be able to apply to your local customs authority for a refund of any returned products.

7. Shipping Policy

SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS We offer you standard shipping services to each country/region listed below.

Please note first-time orders must be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate shipments to PO boxes or APO addresses. We ship all orders via approved couriers only (please see list of approved couriers).

Standard Shipping Rates for all destinations is 25-30 USD based on the weight of the package.

Detailed delivery windows for each shipping option will be detailed on each product’s page, please refer to the page for details.

If your package has not been delivered, or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at care@vetrinamia.com.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your order details and tracking number, which you can use to track the delivery status of your order online. If you are registered with Vetrina Mia, you can track the status of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting "My Account", followed by "Orders".

Your tracking number will not activate to show movement until the parcel is scanned in at the first courier-specific sorting facility, generally 24 hours or so after you receive your shipping notification.

Please note:

● Before we can ship your order, we may need to confirm some additional details with your card issuer.
● Our delivery time starts from the moment an order begins processing and includes a 72 hour period where your items will be packed and shipped from our warehouse. This can take slightly longer during sale.
● Inclement weather conditions and international customs are also not factored into delivery time and may cause delays.

8. Intellectual Property and Content

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video/audio clips, photographs, illustrations, trademarks, trade names, service marks, trade dress, tree structures, animations, diagrams, models, musical compositions, software for design, implementation and use of the Website, as well as its individual components, including but not limited to layout, structure, organization of content, collection and organization of data and information, devices, or any other material (collectively, “Contents”) are the exclusive property of Vetrina Mia and/or its affiliates worldwide, which is/are solely authorized to use the intellectual property rights related to them, and is protected under domestic and foreign intellectual property laws.

You are permitted to use the Contents on the Website only as expressly authorized by Vetrina Mia and/or its third party licensors.

Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, download, post, transmission, display, creation of derivative works or distribution other than for your own personal or private use, for commercial or other purposes of any of the Contents as listed above without permission or explicit written permission from Vetrina Mia is strictly prohibited, and constitutes a breach of the Terms. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Vetrina Mia. Violations of such may result in civil and criminal penalties.

Vetrina Mia is free to modify the Website’s Contents at any time, without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vetrina Mia and its affiliates, suppliers, officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be held liable or have any obligations or liabilities for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Website. This includes but is not limited to errors, interruptions, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property.

You are solely responsible to evaluate the information and content obtained through the Website. By utilizing the Website, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks and assume full responsibility for any disruptions in use, data loss, and the costs of necessary service and maintenance of hardware and/or software used in connection with the Website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree not to hold us, our licensors, service providers, employees, agents, affiliates, suppliers, officers, or directors liable for any damages, losses, or expenses, whether direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential. This includes damages arising from the sale, delivery, or use of the products or services obtained through the Website, the use of the Website itself, its contents, or any linked site, or the inability to use by any party. Such damages may include, but are not limited to, failures in performance, errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, computer viruses, or system failures. This limitation of liability applies even if you have been advised of the possibility of such damages, losses, or expenses.

10. Return Policy (Returns and Refunds)

Subject to certain conditions and exceptions explained below in this Return Policy or in our Terms, and without prejudice to our or your rights under applicable law, and unless otherwise expressly indicated on a Product’s detail page at the time of purchase, we are pleased to accept timely returns of certain new and unused Products, as follows.

Faulty/damaged items: If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on our website, contact our global Customer Service team as soon as possible. We’ll arrange a return and process a full refund for the faulty item, if the Customer Service team approves your request.

All bikini bottoms, swimwear and underwear are final sale items and cannot be returned. Vetrina Mia reserves the right to decline any return without proper sanitary lining. If your order did not include the proper packaging please contact customer care at care@vetrinamia.com.

Any returned Products that exhibit signs of wear, use, washing, damage, lack of packaging materials, soiling, or alteration may be deemed ineligible for acceptance, and refunds or credits will not be issued for such returns. In the event that a return does not meet acceptance criteria,, then the return will not be processed, and the shipping expenses incurred in returning the Products to Vetrina Mia will not be covered by Vetrina Mia.

Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by Vetrina Mia.

Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days of when the returned item is received at our warehouse, subject to any shorter refund period which is mandated by applicable law.

The costs of shipping and any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable via Vetrina Mia, as those are costs paid to the relevant government and tax authorities.

Vetrina Mia monitors the number and condition of Products returned and orders canceled by customers. Repeated returns or cancellations or violations of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Vetrina Mia account or future orders being refused.

Shoes

Shoes must be tried on over a carpeted surface to prevent any scratches to the soles. All shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Shoes that are returned without the original box, in a damaged box, or with marked soles may not meet acceptance criteria and will be promptly returned to you.

Faulty Products

Products that are received damaged or become damaged by a manufacturing fault within 1 year of purchase are considered faulty. Items that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Vetrina Mia will determine, in its sole judgment and discretion, whether the damage is as a result of normal wear and tear or some other reason.

Damaged or faulty Products will be replaced or repaired, where possible and subject to availability. Where possible we will offer to repair the faulty item. If a Product cannot be replaced or repaired, you are entitled to a full refund within the 6-month period of receipt of product.

Product Colors

We have made every effort possible to ensure the colors are displayed as accurately as possible. Vetrina Mia cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor will accurately display the true color and that the color you receive on the final product will be exactly the same as what you have seen on the computer. Prior to ordering, especially for a pre-order item, please be aware of this. If you have any questions about the color of an item please contact care@vetrinamia.com prior to placing your order.

Final Sale — Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

All Products that are (i) considered Final Sale as listed below or on our Shopping Sale FAQ page, or (ii) otherwise indicated as "final sale", are not eligible to be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in countries in which returns, exchanges, or refunds are required by law, so when you are shopping each product, please take note of the policies regarding returns for each product.

If you return or send to Vetrina Mia any Product that is not eligible for return or refund in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including, but not limited to items considered Final Sale), any Product that is not listed on the return authorization from Vetrina Mia in respect of the respective shipment from you to us, and/or any product that you did not purchase from Vetrina Mia, we may, without notice to you, retain and dispose of such Product(s) and/or product(s) at our discretion, and refunds or credits will not be issued for such Product(s) and/or product(s).

REFUNDS

Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. The refunded amount should reflect on your bank statement within a span of 7 business days, subject to the policies of your financial institution. Kindly be advised that refunds can only be processed using the original card(s) employed for placing the order.

EXCHANGES

If there is an issue with the size or color, we do offer exchanges and you can begin the process by emailing care@vetrinamia.com. FAULTY PRODUCTS

In the event that you receive a product that is either damaged upon arrival or becomes damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we kindly request that you reach out to our esteemed Customer Care team at care@vetrinamia.com. Rest assured, we will make every effort to rectify the situation in accordance with the information provided in this comprehensive FAQ section.

As explained within this FAQ, a Product is deemed “faulty” if it is delivered in a damaged condition, or if a defect due to a manufacturing fault is discovered within the specified timeframe (as outlined below) subsequent to its delivery to you. It is important to note that such damage or defect should not be attributed to normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, misuse, or neglect. You must promptly inform us of any fault within the applicable time period. Vetrina Mia will determine, in its sole judgment and discretion, whether the damage or defect is as a result of normal wear and tear or some other reason, and may require documentation (such as photographs) to make a determination.

Except for Products that are couture, Fine Jewelry, or special order or custom-made, Products are faulty if they are delivered to you damaged or within 6-months of delivery to you are discovered to have a manufacturing defect.

Vetrina Mia will endeavor to replace or repair such faulty Products, at our discretion and at no cost to you, to the extent feasible and subject to availability. In cases where we determine that an eligible Product is indeed faulty and cannot be replaced or repaired, we will exercise our discretion and, as appropriate, we will issue a partial or full refund.

Please note that Vetrina’s efforts to repair or replace an eligible faulty Product does not extend or modify any Product’s eligibility for a return or refund (if any). If Vetrina Mia elects to provide you with a full or partial refund in connection with a faulty Product, Vetrina Mia may, in its discretion, provide such refund in the form of site credit. This does not affect your statutory rights.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item you have received is damaged, please contact Customer Care immediately at care@vetrinamia.com or contact the Customer Care number of your country.

If possible, include images of all damage within your inquiry to Customer Care, as this will expedite the mitigation process.

12. USER CONDUCT

You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon or violate the rights of others. You are solely responsible for any content you submit or transmit through the Website, and you warrant that such content does not violate any applicable laws or infringe upon any third-party rights.

You are solely responsible for any content you publicly post or display on our Website. By using the Website and services provided for by the Website, you agree not to:

(a) engage in unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful or fraudulent activities, including but not limited to act of, or intention to, misuse, or game in connection with our products, services, promotions, contents or reward points in any way (for example, the creation of multiple account to obtain a promotional benefit outside of the rules associated with said promotion.) (b) violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances. (c) Infringe upon or violate our rights or the rights of others, including intellectual property rights. (d) engage in activities that defraud, insult, harass, abuse, slander, harm, defame, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on protected attributes like gender, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, race, age, disability, or any other protected attribute, another customer, our team members, vendors, suppliers, agents, or representatives, (e) submit false or misleading information. (f) upload or transmit malicious code, including but not limited to viruses or malware that could disrupt the functionality or operation of the service of the Website, related websites, or the Internet. (g) collect, track, or publish personal information of others without their consent. (h) engage in spamming, pharming, phishing, pretexting, spidering, crawling, or scraping.
