What Is Vetrina Mia?
Vetrina Mia is a bridge connecting exceptionally creative, high-quality independent designer brands from Italy, France, Spain and all corners of Europe with consumers across Asia, giving these unique brands a spotlight to showcase their craftsmanship and style.
As a platform, our role is to support the brands by providing them with the resources, services, and market insights they need to thrive in Asia, and we also feature and present their collections on our e-commerce platforms as well as our physical showrooms which are open to the public. Each of the brands manages their own production, overseeing skilled artisans in Italy, whose dedication to quality and detail reflects the true spirit of Italian manufacturing, to meticulously craft each of their products.
We invite you to explore and follow these brands as they gradually debut on our platform, each with their own aesthetic and vision. With more than 200 brands in our lineup, Vetrina Mia offers a diverse selection of artistry and craftsmanship.
It is our mission to facilitate memorable and impactful cultural exchanges and experiences, so feel free to reach out directly to the brands of your interest, learn more about their work or even join the creative directors of each brand when they visit Asia to hold exclusive events in our showroom and have the chance to meet and greet them personally as well.
Are products sold on the site authentically Made in Italy?
All products sold on Vetrina Mia are designed by the brands in Europe and manufactured in Italy, overseen by the brands directly. Any product purchased on Vetrina Mia is fully authentic, it is first shipped from the brands’ production workshops in Italy to our warehouse and fulfillment center in Hong Kong, before the order is then fulfilled to the final customer or is stocked at one of our showrooms.
How Do I Learn About the Latest Updates?
Please subscribe to our newsletter by inputting your email address in the section on the home page “sign up for our newsletter” and clicking “Sign Up”.You will receive a confirmation, and then will receive the latest news about our designer brands, new collections and seasonal promotions by email.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Generally speaking, your order should arrive within 5 to 15 working days from the date your payment is processed. However, as many of our pieces are crafted by true craftsmen, your order may sometimes require more time if their capacity is reached on certain products due to high demand. In these situations, you may be placed on a waiting list. In such cases, the product page will have an estimated delivery date so that you can plan your purchases better.
Sales and discounts
Vetrina Mia does not have sales. Club Insiders of each brand enjoy low member prices all year-round.
I've forgotten my login or password, what should I do?
On the login page, please click on the "Forgot Password" link when attempting to sign into your Vetrina Mia profile. A password reset link will be sent to the email address on file.
How do I change my email address or password?
Log in to your Vetrina Mia account and click on "Edit" in the "Settings" section of the Account Center. If you need help changing your email or password, please contact Customer Service at care@vetrinamia.com.
How do I unsubscribe from Vetrina Mia newsletters?
Simply email Customer Care at care@vetrinamia.com to remove your email address from our online Newsletter. You may also click the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of each Newsletter email and follow the steps in the prompted window. Please allow 72 hours for your unsubscribe request to take effect.

How do I create an account?
To create an account, you can click the “Account” icon that looks like a person, on the upper right hand corner of your screen on the web version of our online store, or click “Register” on the mobile app.
You will also be prompted to create an account anytime you want to use a function such as adding to favorites or making a purchase. Please follow the instructions on the screen. If you have difficulty creating an account and need assistance, please write to us at care@vetrinamia.com.
Can I delete my account?
You can disable your Vetrina Mia account by signing into your account and clicking “Disable My Account”. Your data will be deleted permanently, and it will not be possible to revive your account. Please note that any favorites, order history, and other information associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
