Vetrina Mia works by exclusively bringing hundreds of unique and luxurious creations from over 200 talented European designer brands in Italy, France, Spain and all over Europe to the Asia-Pacific market, including China. All of the fashion products created by each brand are meticulously crafted by experienced Italian artisans who have spent years making high-end products for the world’s top-tier luxury brands. We also eliminate middlemen to make our prices more accessible while still collaborating with luxury material suppliers from Italy and Europe. Each of our brands offer high end fashion products. At Vetrina Mia, we believe that the right to enjoy fashion belongs to everyone, regardless of wealth or status, and that fashion is a beautifully designed and meticulously crafted artistic creation that everyone should be able to enjoy as a testament to human ingenuity.

Generally speaking, your order should arrive within 15 to 30 days from your order date. However, as many of our pieces are crafted by true craftsmen, your order may sometimes require more time if their capacity is reached on certain products due to high demand. In these situations, you may be placed on a waiting list. In such cases, the product page will have an estimated delivery date so that you can plan your purchases better.

All products sold on Vetrina Mia are designed by our collaborator brands and designers in Europe and manufactured in Italy. Any article purchased on Vetrina Mia is fully authentic.

The following categories of items are considered Final Sale, meaning that no returns or exchanges are accepted for them except in jurisdictions where returns exchanges or refunds are required by law. As such, please take note of this when shopping for articles under these categories

Log in to your Vetrina Mia account and click on "Edit" in the "Settings" section of the Account Center. If you need help changing your email or password, please contact Customer Service at care@vetrinamia.com.

Simply email Customer Care at care@vetrinamia.com to remove your email address from our online Newsletter. You may also click the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of each Newsletter email and follow the steps in the prompted window. Please allow 72 hours for your unsubscribe request to take effect.
