Smoothness, suppleness, and refined grains are carefully considered, alongside technical factors like tear resistance and color fastness. The tanneries we work with are LWG compliant, ensuring high standards in environmental performance and resource management. These certifications reflect our commitment to sustainability and excellence. Every hide is inspected by skilled artisans, ensuring only the finest parts are used to craft our accessories. Quality is rigorously controlled at each step, from cutting to final assembly.

Product Care

Leather is more than a material—it’s a living, evolving element that gains character over time. Treat it with the care it deserves, and it will reward you with timeless elegance and personality.

Leather thrives on proper care. Use a neutral cream to condition it, starting with a test on an inconspicuous area. Regular maintenance by a professional leather artisan is your best bet for brightening patinas, fixing scratches, and keeping your piece in top shape.
Your bag’s 18k gold-plated hardware deserves the same care as fine jewelry. To maintain its luxurious sheen and prevent damage, use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently polish the surface.

Avoid exposing the hardware to perfumes, alcohol, cosmetics, ammonia, chlorine, or cleaning products—these can tarnish the premium gold finish. Keep it away from water, excessive heat, and sudden temperature changes, as these conditions may harm its appearance.

Shipping Fees

Vetrina Mia is glad to offer free shipping on all orders.

Delivery time

Your order will usually take at least 15 working days to reach you, in some cases a bit longer, because the products will ship from Italy to our fulfillment center in Hong Kong before they are shipped to your final destination. We thank you for your understanding. In the case of pre-order, the estimated shipping dates will be shown in the product page details and also on your order confirmation page. Please note, the dates given are only an estimate, and they may fluctuate based on actual availability of the product.

Returns

Our Return Policy

We accept refunds for returns up to 7 days after you receive your order. Please contact us at care@vetrinamia.com to initiate a return. Our team will process your request, and inform you of the shipping destination for the return.

Please take note that we only accept returns if the product is still in its original packaging including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, protective coverings, is new and unworn and still has all other signature packaging that it originally shipped with including Vetrina Mia and designer tags. Other designer packaging such as belts, dust bags, authenticity cards, and leather tags must all be included where applicable.

Any return that does not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Please note, Vetrina Mia does not cover any additional shipping and/or custom fees that may occur in the process of conducting a return, and the cost of shipping and handling charges for returns is paid by the customer, which is 30 EUR each way, therefore a total of 60 EUR total return shipping cost. If your return is approved, we will refund you the cost of your purchase, however the original cost of shipping the product to you will be deducted from the amount that is refunded.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 business days and send you a confirmation of the refund by email.

If your return is rejected, you will receive a link to pay for the return-shipping cost. Once paid, the product will be shipped back to the ship-to address originally indicated in your order.
