Refunds
"Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. You should see the refund reflected within 7 business days, depending on your financial institution. Please note we are only able to refund the original card(s) or payment methods used to place the order.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Vetrina Mia. We suggest contacting your local customs bureau directly, as they may be able to assist you in recovering these funds. Please note that Vetrina Mia does not refund the cost of outbound shipping."
Faulty and damaged products
If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, contact our global Customer Service team at care@vetrinamia.com as soon as possible. We will assess if the item is determined to be faulty or damaged, if so, we'll arrange a return and process either an exchange or a full refund for the faulty item. In order to process your return or exchange request for faulty item, you are required to take a video of the unpacking of your purchase, including the unboxing of the product, showing all angles of the product in close-up upon receipt of the package. This video must be submitted via care@vetrinamia.com along with your request. The video can be in taken in any format and in any length, but the product condition and faulty aspect must be clearly visible. Cancelling your purchase
We do not accept order cancellations once an order is already confirmed.
Our return policy
" We accept refunds and exchanges up to 7 days after you receive your order. Please contact us at care@vetrinamia.com to initiate a return. Our team will process your request. Please take note that we only accept returns and exchanges if the product is still in its original packaging including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, protective coverings, is new and unworn and still has all other signature packaging that it originally shipped with including Vetrina Mia and designer tags. Other designer packaging such as belts, dust bags, authenticity cards, and leather tags must all be included where applicable. Any return that does not meet these requirements may be rejected and sent back to you. We also accept exchanges for color or size changes. However the same requirements still apply - the product must be in its original packaging, unused and have all Vetrina Mia and designer tags that it originally shipped with. Vetrina Mia does not cover any additional shipping and/or custom fees that may occur in the process of conducting a return or an exchange.

Damaged Items
If an item you have received is damaged, please contact Customer Care immediately at care@vetrinamia.com or contact the Customer Care number of your country.
If possible, include images of all damage within your inquiry to Customer Care, as this will expedite the mitigation process.
Standard shipping cost to mainland China is 200 RMB. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. For most orders, we ship with DHL or SF Express.
Many of our pieces are crafted by artisans and this may sometimes require more time if their capacity is reached on certain products due to high demand and you may be placed on a waiting list under these circumstances. In such cases, the product page will have an estimated delivery date so that you can plan your purchases. If you decide to proceed with purchase, please note that the purchase will be charged, and you will not be able to cancel your order once you’re placed on the waiting list.
For orders reaching 7000 RMB in total, Vetrina Mia offers complementary shipping. Depending on your region, your order may first reach the logistic hub in Hong Kong from Italy, before the product is finally shipped to your destination.
Taxes and duties
Vetrina Mia ships Delivered At Place (DAP).
Delivered at Place (DAP) is a shipping term used in international trade that means we, as the seller, will handle all costs and risks associated with delivering your order to the specified destination. Once the goods arrive at the destination, you, as the buyer, will be responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees required to receive your order.
Upon arrival of your order at the destination country, you will be responsible for any additional import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These costs are not included in the price of the goods or shipping fees paid at checkout.
Instead, you’ll need to pay these directly to our courier to release your order from customs.
As we're unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a Delivery At Place (DAP) order. Should an order be seized/abandoned due to the customer’s failure to provide required custom documents or pay customs duties, or if the customer is not reachable, or other circumstances relating to customs clearance, Vetrina Mia is not able to retrieve the order and you may not be refunded for your purchase.

How do I cancel my Club Insider subscription?

How long does membership last?
Your Club Insider subscription will be automatically renewed every 3 months unless you submit a cancellation request.
Multiple credit cards
If you choose to pay by credit card, we can only accept one credit card to place an order. If you have multiple items in an order, you are welcome to place separate orders with different credit cards.
Promotions
"Vetrina Mia may offer promotions and events from time to time, which may be sent through our online Newsletter. Promotional codes must be applied during checkout and are subject to any applicable eligibility or expiration date, item or order eligibility or requirements, or other restrictions, terms, or conditions, including as detailed in this FAQ, the Vetrina Mia Terms & Conditions and the applicable promotional offer (collectively, ""Promotional Terms""). Only one promotional code may be applied to each order.

You can make payments in JPY, KRW, MOP, GBP, HKD, AUD, CNY, NTD, SGD, Rp, RM, PHP, THB, KHR, VND, MMK, KPW, MNT, INR and AED. Currencies will be displayed by site preferences so please ensure that you are shopping from the correct country. To change your default country, simply hover over the selected country in the upper right hand side of the site. Prices are calculated and processed in your local currency. Please note, your payment provider may charge foreign currency exchange fees or processing fees, which Vetrina Mia is not responsible for. How often do I pay for my membership?
We offer all of our users 3 months of free subscription to our Club Insider programs dating from their first purchase. After that, if you are enjoying the benefits of being a Club Insider and wish to continue supporting the brand and the designer, we invite you to support the brands with a membership cost of 10 RMB per month. Of course, if you would like to contribute a bit more, you are also welcome to do so to sponsor the brand.
How do I become a Club Insider?
To become a Club Insider for any brand, please head to the brand page where you wish to become a Club Insider and click the "register" button. The "register" button will pop up when you first visit a brand page or click on the button on the bottom right of each brand page.This will lead to further instructions on how to complete the Club Insider subscription process

Your Club Insider subscription will be automatically charged to the payment method stored in your account every 3 months.
Why are there so many different Club Insiders?
Each of our brands offer a unique experience and insight into Europe's latest fashion and thats why each brand has a separate Club Insider program. We offer Club Insider programs for each and every brand at 10 RMB a month, just the cost of a cup of espresso, to ensure that our designers are supported and so that we can offer to all of our customers the best prices possible for an authentic, high-end designed and made in Italy experience.
Is there a trial period for membership?
Each brand offers 3 months of free membership to all registered users dating from their first purchase made from the brand. Once your free membership of 3 months ends, you can decide if you wish to continue with the subscription or cancel it.
Changing your credit card details
Sign into your account and click "Account Information" then click "Settings" in the upper right hand corner of the site. Select "Payment Methods" to add, delete, or edit your card details. You may also contact us at care@vetrinamia.com or contact your Customer Care number of your country for more assistance.
