The Palermo Map Kelly bag is the brand’s par excellence icon, with its iconic hardware closure engraved with a map of the city of Palermo, a tribute to the brand designers' hometown of Palermo, Sicily. The bag features a main compartment with a front pocket and an additional internal pocket, all crafted from premium, genuine certified Italian cowhide leather. The classic and comfortable shape is perfect for both work and evening. The bag can be carried by top handle or with a removable shoulder strap adjustable in length.

Leathers: The bag is crafted from premium Italian calf leather, with a soft and silky hand touch. The leather follows a chromium-based process, which produces leathers that are more resistant to wear (light marks, scratches and stains) over time. The leathers are all adherence to REACH regulations and are LWG-certified (Silver Level).


Hardware: The “Palermo Map” closure is meticulously made with die-casting, it is an intricately crafted piece, depicting the streets and alleys of Palermo, the designers’ hometown. The laser-engraving is done with detail and precision, and colored enamel is filled into the carving to create a color contrast. A complex process for a precious and iconic accessory.

Leather:

• To maintain the original shape, avoid overstuffing the bags. This will also prevent damage to the shoulder strap, clasps and hooks. When not in use, stuff the bags with white tissue paper and place them in the original dust bag. Chains or special handles should be inserted inside to avoid marking the delicate leather.

• Keep leather goods away from chemicals, cosmetics, oils and perfumes and avoid contact with rough or abrasive materials to protect the surface.

• Protect leather goods from water, humidity and extreme temperatures. If they get wet, pat dry immediately (do not rub) with a soft, dry cloth.
