As a bridge connecting exceptionally creative, high-quality independent designer brands from Italy, France, Spain and all corners of Europe with consumers in new markets, our mission is to give these unique brands a spotlight to showcase their craftsmanship and style, enabling them to shine brightly, in an industry that is otherwise dominated by the big, luxury brand names.
For many of the creative directors of the brands we collaborate with, they have spent decades in the design teams of these big name brands, in their shadow and constrained to design only in the spirit and aesthetic of those brands, but never with the ability to tell their own design story and inspiration by releasing products entirely original and of their own imagination.
But tucked away in studios and ateliers all across Italy, France and the rest of Europe, there are countless spectacularly talented, creative and unique brands, presenting a very high quality and luxurious product to the market, yet in the shadow of the big brands, their presence is unseen.
As a platform, our role is to support these niche and independent brands by providing them with the resources, services, and market insights they need to thrive, and we also feature and present their collections on our e-commerce platforms as well as in locations as well. Each of the brands manages their own production, overseeing skilled artisans in Italy, whose dedication to quality and detail reflects the true spirit of Italian manufacturing, to meticulously craft each of their products.We invite you to explore and follow these brands as they gradually debut on our platform, each with their own aesthetic and vision. With more than 200 brands in our lineup, Vetrina Mia offers a diverse selection of artistry and craftsmanship.
Each brand is driven by the desire to tell their own version of "Designed in Europe", and "Made in Italy", one that to date, has not yet had the chance to be heard or seen. It is our mission to facilitate memorable and impactful cultural exchanges and experiences, so feel free to reach out to us and we can even facilitate direct exchanges and dialogue with brands of your interest, so you can learn more about their work.
All products sold on Vetrina Mia are designed by the brands in Europe and manufactured in Italy, overseen by the brands directly. Any product purchased on Vetrina Mia is fully authentic, it is first shipped from the brands’ production workshops in Italy to our warehouse and fulfillment center in Hong Kong, before the order is then fulfilled to the final customer or is stocked at one of our showrooms.

You will receive a confirmation, and then will receive the latest news about our designer brands, new collections and seasonal promotions by email.
Generally speaking, your order should arrive within 5 to 15 working days from the date your payment is processed. However, as many of our pieces are crafted by true craftsmen, your order may sometimes require more time if their capacity is reached on certain products due to high demand. In these situations, you may be placed on a waiting list. In such cases, the product page will have an estimated delivery date so that you can plan your purchases better.
Simply email Customer Care at care@vetrinamia.com to remove your email address from our online Newsletter. You may also click the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of each Newsletter email and follow the steps in the prompted window. Please allow 72 hours for your unsubscribe request to take effect.
To create an account, you can click the “Account” icon that looks like a person, on the upper right hand corner of your screen.
You will also be prompted to input your email address, and send a verification code. Enter the code you receive via email to create your account. If you have difficulty creating an account and need assistance, please write to us at care@vetrinamia.com.
You can disable your Vetrina Mia account by signing into your account and clicking “Disable My Account”. Your data will be deleted permanently, and it will not be possible to revive your account. Please note that any favorites, order history, and other information associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
LWG stands for *Leather Working Group* – the leading organization in Italy dedicated to promoting sustainability and responsible practices in the leather industry.
LWG audits tanneries to ensure they comply with strict regulations on wastewater management, chemical use, and other environmental factors involved in the tanning process. We highlight LWG certification to show our commitment to quality, transparency, and reducing environmental impact.

ORDERING
To place an order, click on the product page of any product, select a color if applicable, add the quantity of units you would like to purchase, and click select the size, and then click the "Add to Cart" button.
Your cart will appear from the far left, you can click "Checkout" to proceed to purchase, or click away from the cart to keep shopping.
Once your payment has been processed, we regret that we cannot allow changes or cancellations to your order.
In some cases where payment has not been processed, within 1-2 hours, we may be able to cancel the order, however we cannot guarantee as it must depend on the payment processing. You may contact us at care@vetrinamia.com with your request for our further handling.
If you are sure you do not want the product, once the shipment has been processed, you may return the product. For information about how to request a refund, please go to “Our Return Policy.”
Shipping and handling costs are paid for by Vetrina Mia on all orders as a courtesy to our customers, however, in the case of a return, please note that the shipping and handling costs for shipping the order to you and also the shipping and handling costs for the return will be deducted from the refund amount.
After checking the contents of your cart, your shipping address, contact information, and payment method, click "Pay Now". You will then receive a confirmation email of your order to the email address you have indicated during checkout. This email will include a summary of your order details.
Please be sure to keep a copy of this confirmation in case you have inquiries about the status of your order.

Once your order is complete, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Once you receive this email, it indicates that your order has been successfully received.
If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder, as sometimes the email may get sorted there. If you receive no confirmation within 24 hours, please do contact care@vetrinamia.com.

SHIPPING
Vetrina Mia is glad to offer free shipping on all orders.
Your order will usually take at least 15 working days to reach you, in some cases a bit longer, because the products will ship from Italy to our fulfillment center in Hong Kong before they are shipped to your final destination. We thank you for your understanding. In the case of pre-order, the estimated shipping dates will be shown in the product page details and also on your order confirmation page. Please note, the dates given are only an estimate, and they may fluctuate based on actual availability of the product.
At Vetrina Mia, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. For most international orders, duties and taxes are included in the final price you see at checkout. This means you won’t face any unexpected charges when your order arrives.
However, for some locations, local customs regulations may require you to pay additional duties and taxes upon delivery. If this applies to your order, the courier will contact you directly to arrange payment before your package is released.

RETURNS
We accept refunds for returns up to 7 days after you receive your order. Please contact us at care@vetrinamia.com to initiate a return. Our team will process your request, and inform you of the shipping destination for the return.
Please take note that we only accept returns if the product is still in its original packaging including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, protective coverings, is new and unworn and still has all other signature packaging that it originally shipped with including Vetrina Mia and designer tags. Other designer packaging such as dust bags, authenticity cards, and tags must all be included where applicable.
Any return that does not meet these requirements may be rejected.
Please note, Vetrina Mia does not cover any additional shipping and/or custom fees that may occur in the process of conducting a return, and the cost of shipping and handling charges for returns is paid by the customer, which is 30 EUR one way. If your return is approved, we will refund you the cost of your purchase, however the original cost of shipping the product to you as well as the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount that is refunded, therefore a total of 60 EUR deduction.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 business days and send you a confirmation of the refund by email.
If your return is rejected, you will receive a link to pay for the return-shipping cost. Once paid, the product will be shipped back to the ship-to address originally indicated in your order.
If you believe that your product has a defect upon receipt, you may apply for a repair or replacement, as part of our policy of always ensuring our customers are receiving the best quality.
For leather goods, your product is protected from the date of your purchase by a 6-month warranty (proof of purchase required). If the handbag or small leather goods proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first 6-months, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. Note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement, and Vetrina Mia will not ship back the defective product.
As a note, please understand that the variations in color and texture are the prized characteristics of beautiful tanned leather, and small deviations are natural characteristics of the leather itself.
Over time, the leather will acquire a patina and may also darken due to the oils from your skin and direct sunlight, further enhancing the natural look of your handbag or small leather item.
As a result, please note that variations in texture, natural markings, or irregularities are inherent qualities of natural products like leather and fabric, and are not considered defects. Additionally, any damage, changes, or modifications caused by the user are not considered defects or non-conformity. For instance, damage from extensive wear and use, improper care (such as direct sunlight, exposure to heat, contact with liquids, rain, or food), typical wear and tear, or failure to follow proper care or cleaning guidelines, are not seen as defects or a failure to meet product standards.

To determine if you have a valid warranty claim, please send an email to care@vetrinamia.com to initiate the evaluation process.
Within 5 working days, our team will respond to your request.
In order to process your request, you are required to provide:
Photographic and/or video proof of defect
Photo or scan of original receipt
Unboxing video (if available)
As a note, it is best if you can also include an unpacking video of your purchase, at the moment that you receive it. This should show the unboxing of the product, showing all angles of the product in close-up upon receipt of the product, for the avoidance of any doubt. This video should be submitted via care@vetrinamia.com along with your request. The video can be taken in any format and in any length, but the product condition and faulty aspect must be clearly visible.
Vetrina Mia will make a final assessment of your request after the product is received. If the product is deemed defective, Vetrina Mia will ship a replacement or repaired product to you at our charge.
As long as we have not received it, your return package is your responsibility. Therefore, if your package becomes lost or you encounter any delivery problems, we ask that you contact the carrier directly.
Unfortunately, we cannot process your refund until we receive your return.
Vetrina Mia does not offer exchanges at this time. If you are interested in changing the color or size of your purchase, simply place a new order and return the original unsuitable item.
PAYMENT
Vetrina Mia accepts a wide variety of ways to pay at checkout. See below for specific details on which payment methods are accepted on our platform. Depending on your country, the accepted payment methods may differ. Please refer to the product page of the item you wish to purchase, and make sure you are viewing the site in your selected country in the language and country setting.

We do not offer installment payments either online or in-store.
You can make payments in a variety of local currencies in the countries and regions that we serve. Currencies will be displayed by site preferences so please ensure that you are shopping from the correct currency/region.
To change your default country, simply hover over the selected country in the upper right hand side of the site. Prices are calculated and processed in your local currency. Please note, your payment provider may charge foreign currency exchange fees or processing fees, which Vetrina Mia is not responsible for. Please check with your provider directly for further details.
If you choose to pay by credit card, we can only accept one credit card to place an order. If you have multiple items in an order, you are welcome to place separate orders with different credit cards.
All payments made through our online store are fully protected and your personal credit card information will not be stored by us.
The confirmation email you receive after placing your order contains a summary of your order and can be used as an invoice, but we can also send you a separate invoice if you wish in certain cases, depending on the country of purchase. If you would like an invoice, please contact us at care@vetrinamia.com for more information.
If you have difficulty validating your payment via our site, we advise you to first ensure that the bank card used is either a MasterCard, Visa or Unionpay, as those are the most common forms of credit card payment used.
Secondly, as our security system is strict, please ensure that the name entered in your personal details corresponds to that indicated on the bank card used.
Finally, if the problem persists, we recommend that you contact your bank, as the problem may come from the latter.
